Our governance approach prioritizes user protection, data security, and regulatory awareness. We do not hold client funds, and all trading occurs through users' own Deriv accounts. We provide tools and infrastructure—users retain full responsibility for their trading decisions.

Security: API tokens are encrypted with AES-256-CBC before storage. We use industry-standard practices for authentication, session management, and data protection.

Privacy: We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform. User data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
