Quick Start Guide
Create or Register Your Deriv Account
If you don't have a Deriv account yet, create one using our affiliate link. Deriv is the trading platform that powers VTM Option's automated trading.
Verify and Fund Your Account
Complete the verification process on Deriv as required by your region. Fund your account with a minimum of $20 to start trading. Ensure you have sufficient balance for your chosen stake amount and trading sessions.
Generate Your API Key on Deriv
- Log in to your Deriv account at deriv.com
- Navigate to Settings → API Token
- Click Generate New Token
- Copy the generated token and store it securely (you will need it for the next step)
- Ensure the token has trading permissions enabled
Connect Your API Key to VTM Option
- Log in to your VTM Option account
- Go to your Profile page
- Paste your Deriv API token in the token field
- Click Test Connection to verify the token works
- Click Connect & Encrypt Token to save it securely
Configure Your Trading Settings
On the Dashboard, set your trading parameters:
- Stake: Amount per trade (minimum $1). Recommended: no more than 2% of your account balance per trade.
- Set Target: Daily profit goal. The system stops when reached. Recommended: around 20% of your account balance.
- Set Limit: Maximum daily loss. The system stops when reached. Recommended: around 10% of your account balance.
These risk recommendations help protect your capital. Adjust based on your risk tolerance and trading style.
Start Trading
Click the Start button on the Dashboard to begin automated trading. The system will monitor the market and execute trades according to your settings.
